When it comes time to make another decision I go with the one that gives me the most peace. I have faith yet have to remind myself to Surrender and give my problems to God when they are too overwhelming. I Reevaluate every 3-6 months to see if anything’s changed and try to enjoy my days as much as possible to have decent quality of life. I try not to worry about problems that may come in future, just make decision on what I know now and what medical options I currently have. Every decision to act or not act has risks and you need to know what you can handle physically and emotionally because this can be a long and unique and difficult journey. So the more I learn about my own health the more Information I can use to make decisions and evaluate risks. I didn’t know at the time I have ehlers danios but That explains why I’ve always been a bad healer and why i still and always will have shoulder pain. I knew it was time but also knew the recovery was going to be tough. They’ve gotten better or I’ve just adjusted but I’m also not able to work for other related problems.Years ago I had shoulder surgery and I put it off until I couldn’t take pain anymore. Nothing officially tested bc it seems secondary with challenge of identifying csf leak and treatment. I’ve leaked for several years, I had cognitive problems especially with math and organization.
